The tyDi online store offers exchanges but no refunds. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact our customer care department at tyDiFashion@tydi.com indicating the reason for the return along with your original proof of purchase.

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be unwashed, unworn and in the original condition received. It is recommended that you use registered mail, as we cannot be held liable for lost shipments. Please note the cost of returning items is your responsibility.

When exchanging garments please include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel so we can return your purchase to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs.
